VerdictFirst is a validation tool that helps you gather and weigh evidence about startup ideas. It provides a framework for making better decisions - not predictions or guarantees about market outcomes.
The verdict is yours. VerdictFirst helps you see the evidence clearly. BUILD, EXTEND, PIVOT, or PASS - the final call is always yours.
Your validation data is stored locally in your browser. You own it completely. We can't access it, we can't sell it, and we have no claim to your ideas, interviews, or evidence.
If you clear your browser data or switch devices, your data goes with it (unless you export first).
VerdictFirst's code, design, and content are ours. Your ideas, notes, evidence, and verdicts are yours. Simple.
VerdictFirst is provided "as is" without warranties. We're not liable for business decisions made based on the tool's output.
Validation reduces risk. It doesn't eliminate it. Even with strong signal, markets shift, execution varies, and surprises happen. Use VerdictFirst as one input to your decision - not as a crystal ball.
We may update these terms. When we do, we'll update the date above. For significant changes, we'll notify waitlist members.
